Centered Life Conferences
Who: Congregational leaders eager to witness faith coming alive in the daily details of their congregants: homes, workplaces, and communities.

Why: Get acquainted with Centered Life, a vision and a process. Discover why a rich sense of vocation, God's calling, can help congregations reconnect Sunday to Monday. Discover a practical process for realizing this vision in your particular context.

What: the "myth of a balanced life"; the "unfinished Reformation"; What is a centered life? (one that is awakened, called, set free, and nurtured); How can knowing my callings in the world lead to a life of belonging, identity, and meaning?; What is Centered Life? (a congregational initiative in support of centered lives); How can the Centered Life process help people in our congregation claim lives of daily faithfulness, centered in Christ?; How do we introduce Centered Life to our congregation?

Comments from past participants:

  • "a great framework for focusing our congregation on the central issues of faith in daily life"
  • "gave me hope for putting our vision and missional objectives to work in a measurable, effective, and 'open to the wind of the Spirit' way"
  • "the theological foundation was so helpful and hopeful"
